At Planner N, we offer both digital and physical products designed to support your journey. Because these product types work differently, each has its own refund and return guidelines

Digital Products

Refunds

Digital products are available for download right after you buy them. Since you get instant access and the files are stored on your device, we don’t offer refunds for digital downloads as a general rule. This is standard practice across the industry and helps prevent misuse.

That said, we know mistakes happen. If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, or something else unusual comes up, reach out through our contact form. We’ll review your request and do our best to help.

Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges for digital products. Each purchase gives you access to that specific version of the product for as long as we continue to offer it. If you’d like different versions, formats, or colors, they’ll need to be purchased separately.

 

Physical Products

Made to Order

All of our physical products are made just for you and printed by a trusted third-party provider. Because they’re custom-made, we can’t accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind, order the wrong size, or enter the wrong shipping address.

If Something’s Wrong

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include a short description of the issue and a few clear photos. We’ll review the situation and either send a replacement or offer a refund, depending on what makes the most sense.

Lost or Returned Packages

If your order is lost in transit or returned to the sender, let us know within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll work with you to figure out the best next step. In most cases, you’ll only need to cover the cost of shipping the replacement.

Returns

Because all physical products are made on demand, we don’t accept returns and there is no return address. Please double-check your order details before placing it.

Lifetime Access to Digital Products

When you buy a digital product, you get access to that specific version for as long as we continue to offer it. We may update or retire products over time, so we recommend saving a backup for your own use.

 

Different Versions

Looking for a different version, color, or format? Those are treated as separate products and need to be purchased individually.
