ADHD FOCUS PLANNER BUNDLE

When thoughts, tasks and ideas are competing for attention, deciding what to do next can feel like another task. This printable collection gives you places to write things down, sort priorities, break a larger task into smaller actions and plan a focus session at your own pace.

The ADHD Focus Planner Bundle contains 19 A4 PDF pages: one illustrated cover and eighteen planning worksheets. Daily and weekly plans sit alongside brain-dump, decision, task-breakdown, habit, goal, distraction and reset pages. You can choose a page for the moment rather than fill every worksheet in a fixed order.

HELPS WITH

• Moving tasks, reminders, worries and ideas onto paper.
• Choosing priorities and considering a next action.
• Breaking a large task into smaller written steps.
• Planning optional focus sessions and recording breaks.
• Keeping daily plans, weekly overviews, goals and habits together.
• Reviewing distractions, energy, routines and unfinished tasks.

REAL-LIFE EXAMPLE

Imagine you want to start a project, but remember several errands and unrelated ideas as soon as you sit down. You could write them on Brain Dump, sort what needs attention now and pick a priority. Use Micro Task Breakdown to describe a small first action, then choose a Focus Sprint length that suits you. If another thought appears, park it on Distraction Parking Lot and decide when to revisit it. This is an illustrative use example, not a customer testimonial or a promise that a task will be finished.

HOW THE TOOL WORKS

This is a flexible collection of paper planning tools. Capture thoughts first if useful, choose a task or decision, and turn to a planning or focus page. Review and reset pages offer places to notice what worked and change your approach. Some days a low-energy plan or a short check-in may fit better than a full schedule.

The worksheets contain blank writing areas, checkboxes, prompts and personal ratings. They do not make decisions, send reminders or run timers. Printed encouragement expresses the design’s supportive tone; it is not evidence of a clinical or productivity outcome. You can skip prompts and use your own judgement about what is suitable.

WHAT YOU GET

• One original A4 portrait PDF with 19 pages: one cover and eighteen worksheets.
• A digital download link supplied with your Shopify purchase opens the Google Drive folder containing the actual product PDF.
• Illustrated planning pages with checklists, numbered steps, writing areas and personal check-ins.
• A digital download for personal use. No printed binder, pen, mug or other styling props are included.

HOW TO USE IT

1. Open the digital download link supplied with your Shopify purchase.
2. Save the original worksheet PDF from the Google Drive product folder.
3. Print all pages or select the worksheets you want on A4 paper.
4. Choose a capture, decision, planning or task-breakdown page for your current need.
5. If useful, choose an optional focus-session length and use your own timer.
6. Return to the review, reset or support prompts when you want to adjust your plan. Blank fields are fine; there is no requirement to complete every section.

PAGE BREAKDOWN

01 — ADHD Focus Planner Cover
The illustrated cover introduces the collection with the themes Plan, Focus, Reset, Finish and Celebrate. This cover is included in the total count, followed by eighteen worksheets.

02 — Brain Dump
Five columns separate things to do, things to remember, worries, random thoughts and ideas. Lower panels sort entries into Now, Later and Let Go, followed by your top three priorities and a chosen focus.

03 — Decision Helper
Name what needs attention, consider ways to decide, use the quick check and identify the next step. Additional panels allow a top-three choice, a response to uncertainty and reflection when a decision does not work out.

04 — Daily Planner
Add the date and intention, select three priorities and list tasks. A schedule runs from 6 AM to 10 PM. Lower sections include reminders, quick tasks, optional nice-to-do items, notes, an energy check-in, a focus plan and gratitude.

05 — Focus Sprint
Choose 5, 10, 15, 25 or 45 minutes, or a custom duration. Name one focus task, use preparation checkboxes, note your start time and consider what to do when the timer ends. Reflection and progress areas complete the sheet. These are optional session choices, not completion promises.

06 — Pomodoro Tracker
Record a focus task and work/break rounds, with space for a focus plan, distractions, progress, reflections and notes. The page is a printable tracker; a functioning timer or app is not included.

07 — Micro Task Breakdown
Name a larger task and why it matters, then divide it into ten smaller steps. Other panels cover the smallest possible start, roadblocks, a progress tracker, a chosen reward and your definition of done. The two-minute prompt is a planning suggestion, not a guarantee.

08 — Tomorrow Planner
Plan tomorrow’s top three priorities, appointments and time anchors. Note things to prepare tonight, a first step, potential distractions, tasks to remember and things to look forward to.

09 — Weekly Planner
Use a Monday-to-Sunday overview, weekly priorities, intentions and task list. Supporting panels hold reminders, notes, habit choices, a weekly focus, small wins and a reflection.

10 — Habit Tracker
Track chosen habits across up to 31 day columns. The page includes a monthly focus, your reason, small-step ideas, weekly check-ins and reflection spaces. It does not automatically count progress or prescribe a habit programme.

11 — Goal Planner
Write a goal and why it matters, explore a SMART goal, list action steps and consider support and obstacles. Space for milestones, a next step, rewards and a reminder lets you define your own plan.

12 — Idea Organizer
Capture an idea, explain why it matters and note details, people, challenges and possibilities. Further panels support sorting thoughts, choosing first actions and recording extra notes.

13 — Distraction Parking Lot
Write distracting thoughts without turning them into the current task. Mark urgent items, choose a time to revisit them and use refocus options, a next-action area and reflection prompts.

14 — Time Blindness Reset
Note the current time, your focus and a personal time check-in. Compare estimates with actual time, identify where time goes and create a short plan with a first small action and reflection. This is a paper awareness tool, not a diagnostic assessment or automatic time tracker.

15 — Self-Care Planner
Use a personal check-in, care menu, daily care plan, mood and energy notes, boundaries and small personal commitments. Choose ideas suitable for you. It does not provide individual medical advice.

16 — Low-Energy Day Plan
Check in with your energy and intention, choose what matters and consider tiny tasks or a bare-minimum plan. Prompts for breaks, support and letting go offer room to adapt the day; no level of productivity is required.

17 — Finish and Reset
Record finishing actions, release or park unfinished items, reset a space and prepare for tomorrow. The page also contains care reminders, a mood check and a small reflection.

18 — Weekly Review and Reset
Review wins, challenges, habits, routines, care, mood and goals. Write what to let go of, an intention and a next-week plan. It can be used after a week of planning or on its own.

19 — My ADHD Rescue Toolkit
A final reference sheet brings together prompts for overwhelm, feeling stuck, focus, low energy, refocusing and asking for support. Personal top tools, reminders and a checklist help you choose what fits. The title does not mean emergency treatment or professional care.

GREAT FOR

• Adults who prefer visual paper planning prompts.
• Personal daily and weekly organisation.
• Writing down distractions and selecting a starting action.
• People interested in ADHD-oriented planning tools without a prescribed routine.
• Keeping goals, habit notes and review pages in one personal collection.

IMPORTANT NOTES

This is an everyday planning resource, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment for ADHD or any other condition. It does not guarantee improved concentration, reduced overwhelm, completed tasks or consistent habits. Suggested timers, breaks and small-start prompts are choices, not promised results. The file contains 19 total A4 pages including its cover; no separate bonuses, US Letter version, editable Canva template or verified interactive fields are included.
