Your Consistency Plan | 1-Page A4 PDF
Pickup currently not available
When the day feels full and keeping a routine feels difficult, Your Consistency Plan gives you one place to choose a realistic starting point. This illustrated one-page A4 printable combines daily priorities, an energy check, a practical action table, habit tracking and end-of-day reflection. The corrected seven-day edition includes Monday through Sunday in both tracking grids, while keeping the original page structure and the rest of the artwork intact.
HELPS WITH
• Choose up to three priorities instead of carrying an unstructured list of demands.
• Notice your current energy and consider the supports that may suit today.
• Anticipate an obstacle and write a response you could try.
• Connect a task with why it matters, a time block and a first small step.
• Record personal habits, daily wins and a reflection without requiring a perfect day.
REAL-LIFE EXAMPLE
Imagine you start the morning with several household tasks and one piece of work competing for attention. You could choose three priorities, mark your current energy and notice that distractions may get in the way. In the action table, write a manageable part of the work, why it matters, a time block and the first small action. Later, you can record a win and reflect on what you would change tomorrow. This is an illustrative use of the prompts, not a promise that the page will make you consistent, finish your tasks or change how you feel.
HOW THE TOOL WORKS
The ten sections move from planning the day to reviewing it. The upper areas establish priorities, energy and possible obstacles. The central table connects intentions with practical actions. The lower areas provide a five-habit check-in, a progress reflection, reset ideas, daily wins, a four-week tracker and an end-of-day check-out. All ten sections are on the same A4 sheet. You can use the parts that help on a particular day rather than treating the whole page as a list of obligations.
WHAT YOU GET
• One digital PDF containing 1 A4 page.
• The original colourful illustrated artwork and the sections described below.
• A digital download for your personal use; no printed item is posted.
The customer product is the corrected seven-day PDF. Listing photographs, styled binders, pads, pens, devices and other display props are presentation examples and are not included. Promotional images may show the page in different settings; these are not additional product versions.
HOW TO USE IT
1. Add a date, choose up to three priorities and write how you would like to feel. A priority can be a small part of a larger task.
2. Use the energy and focus check to notice your current state. Select a possible support, such as fewer distractions or a separate timer, if it is useful to you.
3. Identify an obstacle and write a response you could try. In the action table, connect a task with its purpose, time block and first small step.
4. Use the habit grid to mark the printed routines that you want to observe. The corrected day headings are M, Tu, W, Th, F, Sa and Su. Use the four-week tracker for a personal consistency check.
5. Return to the progress, wins and end-of-day sections to record what happened. Leave unused fields blank and carry a practical adjustment into another day if you wish.
WHAT IS ON THE PAGE
Today s game plan
A date field, three priority lines and a desired-feeling prompt establish a personal plan for the day. These are open writing areas, not a dated calendar or a pre-filled routine.
Energy and focus check
Five illustrated energy choices run from Low to Ready. Focus-support options include reducing distractions, a movement break, music or background noise, a timer, a comfort item and an open Other line. A timer is an idea to use separately, not a function supplied in this PDF.
What might get in the way
A checklist names possible obstacles such as distractions, overthinking, low motivation, feeling overwhelmed or time slipping away. An open option and a response-plan area make room for your own situation.
My action plan
The five-row action table contains Task, Why It Matters, Time Block, First Small Step and Done columns. Use it to describe a practical starting action and a stopping point. Time blocks are your own estimates; the worksheet does not measure or enforce them.
Habits I m building
Five printed habit rows cover morning routine, planning the day, focus time, moving the body and evening wind-down. The corrected edition gives each row seven marking circles under Monday through Sunday. These are the habits printed on this page, not a set of separately editable habit templates.
Progress check
A five-star self-reflection scale and writing areas invite you to record what went well and what you could do differently tomorrow. The stars are a personal reflection device, not a measured performance score.
Reset tools
The source offers optional everyday reset ideas and a progress-over-perfection reminder. Suggested counts or activity durations are prompts on the original page, not a promised result or a requirement to complete every activity.
Daily wins
Three lines give small wins a place on the same page. You can record something specific that happened without needing to describe the whole day as successful.
Consistency tracker
Four rows labelled Week 1 through Week 4 contain seven day columns in the corrected edition. It is a compact four-week tracking area within this single sheet, not a four-page planner or a guarantee of a particular streak.
End of day check out
Closing checkboxes and writing space invite you to consider what you learned, what made you proud and something you would like to say to yourself. The reflection can remain brief or unfinished.
GREAT FOR
People who prefer a visual daily planning page, want priorities and habit check-ins together, or enjoy written prompts for reflecting on ordinary routines. The original artwork describes the worksheet as ADHD-friendly, so that wording identifies the product accurately. It is an everyday personal planning resource rather than an ADHD assessment, treatment programme or promise of lasting habit change.
IMPORTANT NOTES
This is a personal reflection and planning resource. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent a condition, provide professional advice or guarantee a particular result. Choose the prompts that are useful to you and leave others blank. Suggested activity times and the language printed on the original page are not promises about completion time, energy, focus or emotional outcomes.
The verified product is an A4 PDF. An editable source file, interactive form fields, extra paper sizes, bonus worksheets, a timer and an app subscription are not included. This listing does not promise fillable fields or compatibility with a particular device or app. Colours may look different on screens and printers.

I would recommend printing on matte photo paper or smooth card stock, this will give you a more natural look. Soft luster paper is also nice and will add more color saturation. These are also great printed on canvas.
