ADHD Stuck Mode Rescue Kit — 15-Page Printable Workbook for Overwhelm & Getting Started
Feeling stuck when you know something needs doing but cannot figure out where to begin? This ADHD-oriented printable workbook offers prompts for identifying what is getting in the way, making notes and choosing one small next step. From decision overload and distractions to low energy and big feelings, the 15-page A4 Stuck Mode Rescue Kit offers gentle, practical worksheets to reach for when an ordinary to-do list feels like too much.

HELPS WITH

• Knowing a task is important but not knowing how to start.
• Feeling overwhelmed by unfinished tasks, responsibilities or competing priorities.
• Having too many choices and finding it hard to make one decision.
• Getting distracted, overthinking or losing track of what you were doing.
• Trying to get something done on a low-energy day.
• Feeling emotionally stuck and wanting a kinder way to move forward.
• Needing support but not knowing how to ask for it.
• Wanting a manageable action plan instead of another overwhelming schedule.

REAL-LIFE EXAMPLE

→ You open your to-do list, see everything waiting, and freeze.
→ Use “The Stuck Sorter” to name the main obstacle: clarity, starting, size, time, energy, emotion, distraction, decision, information or environment.
→ Turn to “Make It Small” or “Where Do I Start?” and write down a first visible action.
→ Try that one action. Take a break, change your plan or choose another support page if you need to.

HOW THE KIT WORKS

This is a flexible collection of printable rescue worksheets, not a strict daily planner. Start with a quick check-in or identify your biggest blocker. Then turn to the page that fits your situation: task initiation, decision overload, overwhelm, low energy, distraction, emotions or asking for help. Use the guided prompts, checkboxes, brain-dump spaces, choice filters and mini action plans to find a step that feels doable. The final cheat sheet offers a simple page to revisit.

WHAT YOU GET

• 15 illustrated A4 portrait pages: 1 colorful cover and 14 guided worksheets.
• PDF format, supplied as an instant digital download.
• A4 paper size: 210 × 297 mm.
• Printable worksheets with checkboxes, writing areas, reflection prompts and small-step action plans.
• Tools for overwhelm, focus, starting tasks, decision-making, low-energy days, emotional check-ins and asking for help.
• A digital product to print for personal use; no physical workbook is shipped.

HOW TO USE IT

1. Open the digital link supplied with your Shopify purchase.
2. Visit the linked Google Drive product folder and save the original 15-page PDF.
3. Print the whole kit or just the worksheet you need on A4 paper. Select “Actual Size” or 100% when appropriate.
4. Pick the page that matches how you feel stuck right now.
5. Check, circle or write in the existing prompts and spaces.
6. Choose one small action. Revisit another worksheet or the cheat sheet whenever it helps.

WHAT IS INCLUDED — PAGE BY PAGE

01 — ADHD Stuck Mode Rescue Kit
The illustrated cover features the pink brain character, colourful stitched ADHD lettering and a fifteen-page seal. It is included in the total count; fourteen inside worksheets follow. Cover encouragement is artwork language rather than a promised outcome.

02 — What Kind of Stuck Am I?
Choose from the printed statements about starting, task size, choices, focus, information and energy. A writing space asks what the stuck feeling is mostly about, followed by one small thing to try. Your answers remain personal observations rather than a diagnosis.

03 — Stuck Mode Check-In
Check the existing brain, body and environment options, choose an available time and identify an immediate support need. The final writing area asks for one thing you can do to support yourself. No result is calculated and the worksheet does not assess health or prescribe an action.

04 — The Stuck Sorter
Ten printed blocker categories cover clarity, starting, size, time, energy, emotion, distraction, decision, information and environment. Identify a biggest blocker, what it makes difficult and what would make it easier. This original page is a blocker sorter, not a six-bucket filing checklist.

05 — Make It Small
Name the avoided task, describe what done means and use five numbered lines to break it into tiny actions. A smaller-step menu and commitment prompt offer additional starting ideas. The two-minute suggestion is an optional format, not a guarantee that your task can be completed in that time.

06 — Where Do I Start?
Write the task and choose a starting point such as gathering supplies, opening a file, finding information, writing a first sentence, making a list or clearing a workspace. Record a first visible action and a possible starting time. You decide which option suits the task.

07 — Decision Overload Rescue
Describe a decision and possible sources of difficulty, write options, cross out choices that do not fit and identify what matters most. The original page includes next choices, a smallest action, a decision time and a personal plan. It does not choose for you or guarantee the correct decision.

08 — Overwhelm Reset
Use a personal intensity check, identify what feels loud, write a brain dump and sort the notes using the printed categories. Choose up to three things that matter, note a reset plan and select an optional support idea. These prompts are for personal reflection, not a validated clinical scale.

09 — Low-Energy Stuck Mode
The printed page includes an energy check, immediate-needs choices, a gentle reset menu, one tiny action, possible energy protectors and a note for when energy returns. Use only suggestions appropriate for you. It does not diagnose fatigue, prescribe food or fluid intake, or replace medical support.

10 — Distraction Rescue
Identify a current distraction and its effect, then use the printed Stop, Shift, Start sequence. An environment check, focus-plan prompts, a return plan and a commitment area provide writing space. The PDF does not silence notifications, run a timer or monitor attention automatically.

11 — Emotional Stuck Mode
Name a feeling, consider what happened beneath it and choose from the original emotional first-aid ideas. The page also asks what you need, what you can tell yourself, what can wait, a small action and who could offer support. It is a reflection aid rather than counselling or crisis care.

12 — Ask for Help
Clarify a task or need and consider who might offer support. Printed message starters and a sample message sit beside questions about what makes asking difficult, a possible outcome, an action plan, a support list and an after-asking check. No message is sent by the worksheet.

13 — 10-Minute Stuck Rescue
A structured suggested reset divides attention between preparing, starting, focusing, checking in and choosing what comes next. Separate areas offer distraction and motivation notes, an after-ten-minutes reflection and a next step. The timing is a suggested session structure, not a promised cure or completion deadline.

14 — Get Unstuck Action Plan
Write what has you stuck, what you want and any thoughts to unload. A why question, a small first step, timing, support and resources, a restart plan and a commitment connect the page into an individual paper plan. It has no automatic scheduling or progress calculations.

15 — Stuck Mode Rescue Cheat Sheet
This final reminder page collects signs of stuck mode, immediate needs, a suggested five-minute reset, tiny-action ideas, possible supports and kind reminders. A compact action plan and restart prompts allow personal notes. It is the fifteenth product page, not an additional bonus file.

The original inside-page labels run PAGE 2 through PAGE 15 because they follow PDF order. The unnumbered cover is PDF page 1. The advertised count includes both cover and worksheets.
